No Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100 percent of the service cost being charged and may require a deposit for future bookings. Arriving Late: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Deposits: Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
